Arthur Charles Moran passed away November 16, 2016 after a battle with cancer.  Born January 16, 1951 in Chatham , NY he was the son of the late George and Electa Moran.  Arthur graduated from Chatham High School and Albany Business College. Arthur enjoyed long drives through the country, fishing, photography, live bands and making many different things with stained glass. Arthur is survived by his daughter Ashley Wilsey, granddaughter Doniesea D'Andrade, sisters Mary Chapman and Georgia Rella.

Friends and family will gather on Sunday November 27, 2016 from 1 to 3 PM at Wenk Funeral home, Chatham , NY
