Audrey D Ames passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 21, 2025. She is survived by her son John (Barbara) Ames of West Lebanon, NY; her daughter Pam Ames of Brainard,NY and her son Glenn Ames of Brainard, NY; her beloved grandchildren, Shannon, Anne Marie, Kevin, Cody, and Kyle; great grandchildren, Katie, Natalie, Liam, McKenna, Michael, and Emma. She was pre-deceased by her husband John (Peanut) Ames; her parents Charles (Roy) and Marion Gathen; sisters Beatrice Harrington and Virginia Moore. Audrey worked at Berkshire Farm until her retirement. she  was a member of the Tsatsawassa Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She and her husband Peanut were very involved in the local, county, and state American Legion's. She and her husband also enjoyed traveling to local racetracks and NASCAR racetracks with their dear friends Terry and Judy Bingham. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
