Charles H. Westover 83 of Chatham died Friday at his residence with his family at his side. Mr. Westover born September 3, 1931 in Hudson,N.Y. is the son of the late Harold E. and Caroline E. (Sharp) Westover. He graduated High School and then entered the U.S. Air Force in 1950 and served until 1954. He was employed with Breeze Hill Dairy for 5 years and for 30 years he was employed with the Columbia Corp. in Chatham retiring in 1994. Mr. Westover was a 50 year member and past Chief of the Chatham Fire Department and a member of the Chatham United Methodist Church. He was predeceased by his wife Patricia (Steurwald) Westover 1999. He is Survived by 3 Sons Tim and wife Jessica, Paul and wife Lori and William, Sister Charlotte Shook, Grandchildren Jason, Marshall and Stacy Westover and Great Granddaughter Abbigail Westover.
