Edna L. Mesick 78 formally of Ghent died Friday at Barnwell Health Facilities Mrs. Mesick born June 19,1932 in Albany, N.Y. is the daughter of the late Charles and Ethel (Clum) Vosburgh. She graduated from Chatham High School and attended Nursing School at Columbia Memorial Hospital. A devoted Mother, Grandmother and friend, she owned and operated P.J. & Me Florist in Ghent for several years because of her passion for floral design. Mrs. Mesick was a member of the Ghent Reformed Church. She is survived by daughters Pamela Jackson of Rensselaer, N.Y. Patricia Abitabile of Hudson, N.Y. Sons, Richard W. Mesick of Ghent, Randall C. Mesick of Chatham, Survived also by Grandchildren Matthew, Ryan, Erick, Jeremy, Lindsay, Robyn, Courtney and Allison. Mrs. Mesick was predeceased by her husband Richard I. Mesick 1975 Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 10:00am from the Wenk Funeral Home Chatham. There are no calling hours. Interment will be in the Ghent Union Cemetery.
