George C. DeLong 57 of Railroad Ave. Ghent died Monday at his residence following a lengthy illness. Mr. DeLong born February 12,1953 in Duanesburg, N.Y. is the son of the late Bruce C. and Carrie (Collinton) DeLong. He attended Chatham High School. He was employed with Henry Keller as a carpenter for many years and for the past 25 years He was a self-employed contractor. He is survived by his wife Lynn DeLong of Ghent, Daughter Amanda M. DeLong of Watervliet, N.Y., Sons George C. DeLong of Syracuse and Jason R. DeLong of Manchester, Ct. Brother Donald DeLong of Castleton, N.Y. Grandchildren Alexis, Arron and Brayden.
