George (Rick) Perry 56 of Philmont, died Thursday at his residence. Mr. Perry born June 23,1954 in Hudson, N.Y. is the son of the late George E. and Sally Jean (Merrill) . He was a veteran of the U. S. Marines. Mr. Perry was an auto body technician for several auto body shops in the area and most recently he was employed with Hudson River Bulk in Hudson. He was an avid fisherman. He is survived by his long time companion Melissa Shumsky of Philmont, N.Y. Daughters Chrystal Perry of Kinderhook, N.Y. Samantha Perry of Philmont, Kayla Lockenwitz and Denya Shumsky both of Philmont, Son John Dysard of Edgewater, Fl. Sisters Rebecca Perry of Albany, Rita and Husband Charles Kilmer of Mellenville, N.Y. Brother Ramon and wife Donna Perry of Philmont, N.Y. Survived also by 8 grandchildren and 2 Nephews and 1 Niece.
