John L. Huszar of Ghent NY, passed away on November 26,2025.  He was an accomplished painter, photographer, producer and director of documentary films. John grew up in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Attended Pratt Institute, and received a Bachelor of Fine Art degree.  He later formed his own company and began producing and directing films.  He shot on locations around the world, including France, Germany, Italy, England, Japan, Brazil and Russia. After many years of film and travel he semi-retired and lived on a 1825 dairy farm in Ghent, New York.   John is survived by his sister Ellen Plog and her husband John, of New Jersey and Niece Christine Wagner
