Julia Louise (Seipel) Barden 74 passed away peacefully May 20 at her home after a long heroic battle with cancer. Born April 22, 1944 in Chatham she is the daughter of the late Henry and Katherine (Oles) Seipel. She graduated from Chatham High School in 1961 and graduated from Katherine Gibb Secretarial School in Boston, Mass. Julia lived in Schodack, N.Y. for the past 44 years after moving from Julia Louise (Seipel) Barden 74 passed away peacefully May 20 at her home after a long heroic battle with cancer. Born April 22,1944 in Clifton Park, N.Y.She was a Paralegal in Law offices in Albany and Troy  and retired 2006. She enjoyed reading, relaxing on the back porch and spending time with her loving grandchildren and family. Julia is survived by her husband David Barden of 53 years. She is also survived by her son Timothy R. Barden (Melissa) , her grandchildren, Ashley D. Barden and Austin D. Barden. Brother-in-Law Arthur Barden (Marcia), Sister-in-Laws Kay (Barden) Everding and Doris Seipel and many Nieces and Nephews. Julia will join her son David T. Barden and her brother Peter C. Seipel in heaven. We wish to give thanks to the hospice care for Julia especially Elizabeth, Sue, Nancy and Robin. Thankyou. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
