Kevin J. Pratt, age 61, passed away at home on June 24, 2023, after a short illness, surrounded by loving family and close friends.

Kevin is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary Jo Wynne and children Amy and Alexandra (Kevin Minkalis), grandchildren, Kaden, Collin, Julian and Vaida Susie.  His identical twin brother Kent who was loyally by his side, as well as his brother Richard and sister Cheryl Westfall and nieces and nephews.  Kevin was the dog whisperer and loved all animals especially his grand-pups Roger and Betsy and grand-cats Hank, Milo and Sadie.

Kevin attended Columbia Greene Community College with a degree in Human Services and Business Administration, after being Plant Manager at Northeast Treaters, Kevin left to start his own business Kevin J. Pratt, LLC which he successfully ran for over 25 years and was well respected by his loyal clients.

Kevin was active in the community and served on the Coxsackie Athens Board of Education for several years as well as the Paddock Club. He was also an avid Buffalo Bills fan.  Kevin had a generosity of spirit that was unsurpassed and would help anyone in need.  Kevin lived his life to the fullest.  As he would say he loved "cookin', eatin',fishin', smokin', drinkin" and especially spending time with his family and friends vacationing on Cape Cod in the summers.

Kevin will be dearly missed by many.  He was a Good Man.

Calling hour and memorial service will be held Thursday 10am to 11:30 am from the Wenk Funeral Home Chatham
