Larry had a heart of Gold. A giving heart. He would always help those in need without a second of thought. He touched the lives of so many through his generosity and willingness to be there if you called him for help doing something. He would be there in a second if it was important. He was able to do so much for everyone because God blessed him with a gift to climb trees. He will always be known for his mastery of trees. Trees were his passion. He earned a degree from Penn State University in Arborculture while living in Slippery Rock,Pa. He not only cut down trees but worked to save them. His legacy of helping those in need will live on as he helped save lives by being an organ donor. We ask that you keep the family in thoughts and prayers through this difficult time. Its never Goodbye just See you later. Never Surrender. A memorial service will be Saturday April 19 at 1:00pm from the Wenk Funeral Home Chatham. For on-line condolences visit wenkfuneralhome.com
