Obituary

Lillian A. Hatch 78 of Canaan died Saturday at her home. Mrs. Hatch daughter of the late Leon and Helen (Andrews) Kohlenberger was born January 24, 1938 in Pittsfield, Ma. She graduated from Pittsfield High School and worked for many years at the Canaan Truck Stop as chef and waitress and for the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge, Ma. and for 17 years she was employed with the Berkshire Farm Center in Canaan as Food Service Administrator retiring in 2003. Mrs.Hatch is survived by her husband Lewis A. Hatch Jr. of Canaan for whom they have been married since 1972, Daughters Marka O'Connell and husband Kevin of Canaan, N.Y. Penny A. Hatch of Myrtle Beach, S.C. Sons Lewis A. Hatch III and wife Lisa of Ghent,N.Y. Kevin W. Hatch and Spouse Richard Kolezar of Denver, Co. Brother Vernon Kohlenberger of Lenox,Ma. Sisters Rose LaDouceur of Phoenix, Az and Peggy Larkin of Pittsfield, Ma. Survived also by 6 Grandchildren and 1 Great Granddaughter. Mrs. Hatch was predeceased by brothers Richard and Leon (Buster) Kohlenberger and Sister Betty Squires.
