Mary Ellen Wadsworth, 66, of Valatie, NY, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026, at The Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, and friend for the boundless love she gave so freely to everyone in her life.

She found great joy in her rug hooking group, where stitches turned into lasting friendships and many happy memories were made. Mary Ellen also loved spending time with the many feline companions she welcomed as part of her family over the years.
