Roger Charles Pulver

Roger slipped away peacefully in the care of the wonderful

staff at Ghent Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born on April 14, 1935 in Chatham NY to Chester Pulver and

Majorie Bemiss Pulver. He is predecessors by both his

parents, many brothers and sisters, one son Mark Pulver, and

a daughter Bonnie, granddaughter Justina, grandsons Justin

and Justice, and son in laws John Jr. and Vernon. Roger is survived by his children Roger Pulver Jr., Dorothy

Pulver of Albany, Linda VanKuren of Albany, Keith Pulver Sr. of Chatham, Lester (Tracy) Pulver of East Greenbush, Rosetta

Gage of Ogdensburg NY, Shelly (Jason) Summers of Chatham,

LeeAnne Pulver of Canaan. He is survived by his

grandchildren John Vivona III, Jason Babjeck, Maggie Pulver,

Keith Pulver Jr, Crystal and Christian York, Brandon Gage,

Scott and Brittany Gage, Marissa Pulver, Samantha

Pulver,Jason Summers Jr, Destynie Summers, Noah Summers,

Malaysia Allen, Evan Allen, Hallie Allen, Angel Pulver and

Roger Pulver. He was blessed with 17 great- grandchildren. He is also survived by a nephew who was like his son Mike

Hayesand his wife Brenna. He had a grand nephew Brian

Hayes as a grandson. Roger loved spending time with his family, at the farm, wood

lot and family gatherings. He loved his grandchildren more

than life itself, and had a nickname for many of them. Roger was a lifelong Dairy Farmer, and he loved the

outdoors. Upon his retirement he found a love of cutting

firewood and was named the woodman. Everyone knew him

by his yellow truck. Calling hours will be at Wenk's Funeral Home in Chatham NY

on January 30th from 5pm-7pm for friends and family!
